How we begin our day sets the tone for the rest of it. Too often we postpone what we desire for ourselves.
Get up a half hour earlier and do something special just for yourself, such as working out, journaling, reading or taking a quiet moment to set your intention for the day. If a half hour sounds like too much, try 15 minutes. When we make the things that are most essential to us a priority, we feel more joyful and fulfilled.
